What we collect
The essentials you give us when creating your wedding (names, date, city, guest count, budget), the inspiration photographs you upload, and the email threads that pass through your concierge workflows.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data, ever.
- We don't share your shortlist or inspiration board with vendors.
- We don't use your inspiration photos to train external models.
Third parties
Inspiration analysis runs against Anthropic's Claude API. Embeddings come from Voyage AI (an Anthropic company). Authentication and storage live with Supabase. Email delivery uses Resend (dry-run) or your own Gmail (live). We don't share data with anyone else.
Deletion
Email privacy@vowmatch.com to delete your account. We'll remove your wedding, boards, photographs, and workflows. Email audit logs (the agent_actions and email_messages tables) are retained for compliance for 12 months, then purged.
