A wedding concierge, with the brakes engaged.
Nothing sends without you
Every email your concierge drafts queues for your approval first. You can approve as-is, edit, or reject. There is no “auto-send” setting.
Vendor replies are surfaced, not acted on
When a vendor replies, your concierge reads it and shows you the interpretation alongside the original message. The agent never decides what to do next without your nod.
Dry-run by default
Every workflow starts in dry-run mode. Outbound emails route to a sink inbox you control. Going live requires connecting your own Gmail and an explicit per-workflow opt-in.
Replies always go to you, not us
In live mode, outreach sends from a VowMatch address with you named explicitly as the sender. The Reply-To header is your personal email — when a vendor hits reply, the message lands in your inbox, not ours. We never see the response unless you choose to share it.
For couples who want vendor threads synced back into VowMatch automatically, there's an optional Gmail integration. Most couples don't need it.
Audit trail
Every action your concierge takes is logged with timestamps, inputs, outputs, and token costs. Visible on each workflow detail page; immutable.
